Hull & construction

  • Vacuum-infused FRP composite hull
  • Closed-cell composite core
  • Marine structural bulkheads
  • Reinforced longitudinal and transverse frames
  • Anti-osmosis protection and marine gelcoat finish
  • 316L stainless steel and marine-grade aluminium

Modular superstructure

Every deck above the main deck is manufactured as an independent module, reinforced with marine-grade aluminium structural framing.

  • Lighter structure and a lower centre of gravity
  • Increased rigidity and improved stability
  • Corrosion resistance
  • Faster production and simpler transport
  • Simplified maintenance
  • Ready for future upgrades and refurbishment

Propulsion architectures

Standard

Diesel inboard or petrol outboard — proven range and serviceability.

Hybrid diesel–electric

Range with silent nights at anchor.

Full electric

Zero emissions at anchor and under way.

Solar assist

Integrated rooftop array for energy independence.

Mooring & station-keeping

A platform is only as good as the way it is held. Station-keeping is specified per site, from a survey of depth, seabed, tidal range and prevailing weather — not selected from a catalogue.

Marina berth

Alongside a serviced berth with shore power, water and wastewater connections. The simplest arrangement, and the one most UAE deployments start from.

Fixed mooring

Piles or spuds fixing the platform in position with a controlled tidal allowance — for permanent siting where the seabed and permits allow.

Catenary moorings

Chain-and-anchor spread to seabed blocks, keeping the platform on station in open water while allowing it to be recovered and relocated.

What we confirm with you

Site survey, mooring design and load case, the berth or mooring permit for the emirate of deployment, and the shore connections the platform needs. All of it is scoped before contract, not after.

Ownership & support

What happens after handover is part of the specification, not an afterthought. One team carries the platform from contract through its operating life.

Warranty

Structure, systems and finishes are warranted under the supply agreement, with the period and exclusions set per contract and stated in writing before signature.

Spares & consumables

A recommended spares holding is issued with the handover pack. Because the platform is built in the Emirates from a local supply chain, critical parts are sourced without an import lead time.

Service & response

Scheduled servicing and call-out response are agreed as a service schedule alongside the build contract, sized to how and where the platform is operated.

Across an archipelago

Operators running more than one platform consolidate servicing, spares and reporting under a single archipelago contract rather than per unit.

Warranty periods, response times and service rates are commercial terms, set per contract. We put them in writing at proposal stage — ask and we will send the current terms.

From enquiry to handover

  1. 01

    Design consultation

Requirements, deployment waters and operating model are established.

  2. 02

    Layout & GA freeze

The general arrangement is fixed; final dimensions and figures are issued at this point.

  3. 03

    Build & fit-out

Hull lamination, modular superstructure assembly and interior fit-out.

  4. 04

    Trials & handover

Commissioning, trials and delivery to the deployment site.

Classification and survey scope are set to the client requirement and the intended operating area, and are confirmed during design consultation.

Dimensions and capacities are provisional until general-arrangement freeze. Draft varies with load condition.
