Who we are

This site is operated by AQUASTRA WATERCRAFT Ships & Boats Trading L.L.C. Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Referred to on this page as “Aquastra”.

What we collect

Only what you send us through one of our three forms. We run no advertising and no cross-site tracking.

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), organisation (optional), market, platform of interest, and your message.
• Configurator quote: name, email, phone (optional), deployment site, indicative budget band, and a snapshot of the configuration you built.
• Specification download: name, email, and which line you requested.

Why we collect it

One purpose: to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation. We do not sell your data and do not share it with marketing third parties.

Where it is held

Enquiries are stored in a managed database hosted by Supabase in region ap-south-1 (Mumbai). Access is restricted to the Aquastra team. The website itself cannot read any enquiry, it holds insert-only access.

How long we keep it

A fixed retention period is being formalised. Until it is, enquiries are kept for the duration of an active commercial conversation, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or its deletion by writing to info@aquastramarine.com. We answer every request. If you would rather not leave your details in a form at all, reach us directly on +971 50 852 2708.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Local browser storage is used for exactly one thing: remembering the configuration you built in the configurator, on your own device. It is not sent to us until you press submit.

Changes to this page

We update this page when what we collect, or where it is held, changes. The date above is when it was last revised.
